The Yamathon is a great event and is not possible without the help of hard working and dedicated volunteers. Volunteering at this unique event is inspiring and a great way to meet new people. There are a variety of duties to chose from. You can volunteer and enjoy for as long as you want. You can pick many duties as they are typically set up in 1 hour slots. You should definitely consider volunteering with us.
Below is a brief description of the times and duties that you will perform:

Positioned at the Yurakucho entrance of Tokia Building, you will direct people to the area they need to register at. After the opening speech, you will note the departure times of the teams. Once all of the teams have departed, you will take the times to be registered. |

Set-Up 8:30-12:00 |
We will rearrange our set-up and prepare for the finishing teams. We will have to rearrange table and help set-up the Tohoku market and imagination playground | up to 10 people including IVG members | |

We will set-up for the after party at PCM, by decorating and arranging tables | 4 people | |

We need to greet people to our venue. We need to tell people what is going on inside, invite them to our event and encourage them to purchase from the market and use the imagination playground | Great social skills that will approach locals to our event | 4 people every hour |

We will need to create a slide show of the days events, sell raffle tickets, and encourage people to donate money to our cause. Mingle with participants and see how their experience was. | Great social skills and enthusiastic about the cause | 2 people every hour |
If you are doing photography we need you to supply your own, all other supplies will be provided.
During the event, please also help keep the grounds tidy, help any participants with any questions they may have if you can, simply help whenever and wherever possible to ensure that the day runs smoothly. Thank You!
